Your subcontractors were great to deal with and we can endorse their work to anyone. Our home is much admired now we have finished the interior décor, and visitors love the colours and textures used.
Bob and I have been working hard on the landscaping (well bob mostly with the building work) and me with the planting, though it will all look a lot better when we get a lawn down, which probably won’t be till autumn now.

Building a new home can be a very exciting, challenging and stressful time for the new home owner. Brenda & I took some considerable time in meeting a number of different builders both local and franchised before we made our final choice. We chose Holah Homes because of their friendly, responsive and approachable style they used in our early interaction with them. By our third meeting we had met Phil, Grant and their parents; we were impressed by their knowledge and willingness to get on with the job.
One of the important aspects for us while our house was being built was to have a very clear building timeline. This was provided to us in a simple one page format that advised us when various sub contractors and suppliers would be on site. Grant or Phil was always willing to meet with us on site to discuss progress and to offer options on alternative products.
Whenever we needed to query any issue our calls were responded to in a prompt manner and any variations were confirmed prior to order taking place. Invoices clearly outlined detailing costing and variations to any fixed prices were listed separately.
Our house was built on time, which we have lived in with great pleasure for three years. The key memory of building our home with Holah Homes was that we were dealing not just with a company but a family who provided a service that was built on integrity and
workmanship. We felt both Grant and Phil took pride in their service delivery and product from the time of the first consultation right through to the hand over of the keys.
